• Jurisdiction: Any dispute or claim arising out of orders or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

• Product Cancellation: You can cancel any physical product order directly from your Account Dashboard before dispatch without any penalty or cancellation fee.
• Return & Replacement: We offer a 7-day replacement guarantee on mobile devices and electronics in cases of physical transit defect, seal tampering, or technical faults upon arrival.
• Travel Package Cancellation: Tour cancellations requested 15 days prior to scheduled departure are eligible for an 80% refund. Cancellations between 7–14 days receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of departure are non-refundable due to airline and hotel commitments.
• Refund Processing Timeline: Approved refunds are credited directly back to the original payment source (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Netbanking) within 5 to 7 business banking days.

• Information Collection: We collect necessary transactional information including customer name, phone number, shipping address, and email solely to process orders, fulfill delivery, and provide customer support.
• Payment Security: We do not store credit/debit card numbers or bank credentials on our servers. All monetary transactions are processed through RBI-authorized, encrypted payment gateways.

• Hardware Warranty: All brand-new smartphones and electronic gadgets are covered under official manufacturer brand warranty across India.
• Travel Documentation: For international tours, customers must possess a valid passport (minimum 6 months validity) and appropriate travel visas.
• GST Invoices: Valid GST Tax Invoices are generated for every completed purchase and can be downloaded from your account dashboard.
